The busiest booth in the hall

Monogram stations for conferences & trade shows.

Attendees skip brochure tables. Nobody skips their own initials.

On a convention floor, attention is the only currency. A monogram station manufactures it: trays of chenille letters, a wall of caps and totes, and a press finishing pieces every minute or so. The queue it creates is visible three aisles away — and a queue is the one booth feature that recruits its own next customer.

The format that fits the floor

Conferences are letter-bar territory. Embroidery's stitch time struggles against expo-hall bursts; pre-made letters press in under a minute, so one press clears 40–60 attendees an hour all day long. For premium sponsorship tiers or hosted-buyer lounges, we add an embroidery head where the pace is calmer — thread for the VIPs, letters for the floor.

The queue is your lead engine

A waiting line of exactly your target audience, standing still for two to five minutes, is a sales team's dream. Clients scan badges at the tray table — the natural pause point — and qualify while the piece is pressed. One HR-tech client called their letter bar the best lead-capture day of their show calendar; the numbers live in our case studies.

Convention logistics, handled

Convention centers are their own country: drayage deadlines, union load-in, rigging and power order forms, fire-marshal aisle rules. We have run stations at the Anaheim, Los Angeles, San Diego, and Las Vegas convention centers and file the paperwork with your exhibit house rather than around it. What to put on your booth order:

  • One 500W/120V power drop per machine (order early — show-site power pricing doubles)
  • A 10×10 footprint minimum for the bar; 10×20 breathes better with a queue
  • Carpet or hard floor both fine; we bring our own tables and dressing if you prefer

For Las Vegas shows, the $900 travel fee applies and blanks ship ahead to advance warehousing — never gamble a show on checked luggage.

Booth space booked? Send the show name and dates — we will spec power, footprint, and throughput for your expected traffic.
