Convention floors — LVCC, Mandalay Bay, Venetian Expo — are a different discipline entirely: drayage deadlines, union load-in, show-site power orders that double in price after the cutoff. Freight goes first, always

The Vegas rule we never break: blanks and letters ship ahead — to advance warehousing for shows, or to the hotel's package room for resort events — a week before doors. Machines travel with the crew by road. Nothing event-critical flies as luggage, because a lost suitcase should never be the reason a CEO's kickoff gift table is empty.
