Merch Troop's studio and equipment are based in Orange County, which makes OC events the easiest version of everything we do: no travel fee, no freight, and the ability to say yes to dates other vendors would decline. A same-week gala rescue is genuinely possible here — we have done it — because load-in is a drive, not a logistics project.
The rooms we work most
Coastal resort ballrooms in Laguna and Dana Point, Newport Beach corporate galas, Irvine campus celebrations, and the Anaheim convention corridor. Resort properties along the coast have strict dock schedules and polished-corridor rules; we know which properties want equipment cased through the garage and which give you the freight elevator, and we build the run-of-show around it rather than discovering it at 3 p.m.
Why local lead time is shorter
The three-to-six week runway we recommend elsewhere is mostly product sourcing and proofing — the station itself can mobilize in days inside OC. If your blanks are simple (caps, totes, tees we stock patterns for), a two-week OC booking is comfortable. Custom robes, brand-matched chenille letters, or big rosters still deserve the full window.
